In 2016, MLA Canada was formed from the merger of two pioneering companies with a shared ambition to elevate the real estate industry. The vision was bold: to create a real estate sales and marketing agency that not only delivers excellence but also fosters deep, meaningful relationships. As the real estate landscape shifts, so too must the brands that lead it. For MLA Canada, this meant evolving their brand to stay ahead while remaining anchored in their core values. The challenge was to create a brand identity that could adapt and grow organically, reflecting the agency's journey and its dedication to continuous learning and innovation. MLA Canada needed to clearly communicate its unique story—one built on the strength of its people, its commitment to its clients, and its forward-thinking approach to the market.
Refining a Brand with Purpose and Clarity

Our task was to refine MLA Canada's brand identity to be timeless, confident, and dynamic—qualities that mirror the agency's approach to real estate. Through a deep exploration of MLA’s purpose, mission, values, and culture, we created a cohesive narrative that brings the brand’s essence to life. The new brand identity highlights a "People First" mentality, a culture of continuous learning, and a commitment to connection and collaboration. To embody these principles, we incorporated a range of textures into the design. The use of clean and solid shades of greys, blacks, and whites provided a foundation of stability and expertise, while subtle, refined textures added depth and sophistication. By tightening the visual and verbal identity, we ensured MLA Canada’s brand remains as forward-thinking as its vision.
