NEXUS was designed to be more than a high-rise—it was envisioned as a new landmark for Seattle, a beacon of the city’s growth and innovation. Rising 41 stories at the intersection of Minor and Howell Street, its distinctive design of stacked and rotated glass boxes creates a sense of movement, offering dynamic views from every angle. With spacious wrap-around terraces and breathtaking city and water vistas, NEXUS captures the essence of modern, elevated living in the heart of the Denny Triangle.

Seattle's tech-driven growth has drawn thousands to the city, intensifying the demand for unique urban homes. Guided by the tagline "Ahead of the Curve," we developed a suite of creative assets that showcased NEXUS as a vertical village where city life meets serenity. Through engaging visuals, thoughtful messaging, and immersive experiences—including a website, signage, photography, product video, events, and an animated video for the bespoke resident app—we told the story of a community that is both cutting-edge and deeply connected, inviting future residents to experience more of what matters in Seattle's evolving urban landscape.
